All You Need To Know About Ketchup

Is ketchup good for your children?
Yes! Kids love ketchup! It’s a good way to introduce your children to healthy foods that they wouldn't otherwise eat. But careful! Store bought ketchup contains high levels of sugar and salt. Fortunately, ketchup can be made at home with less sugar, no corn syrup, and no artificial flavors or colorings.

How do you get ketchup out of the bottle?
Point bottle down where you want to add ketchup and knock couple of time on bottle neck.

What is difference between ketchup and tomato sauce?
Tomato sauce or tomato puree is made only from tomatoes. Tomato sauce is key ingredients in many recipes. Some tomato sauces are pre-mixed with oil and spices for easier cooking. Ketchup is finished product, ready to use out of bottle with any food. Ketchup is thicker, made using tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and spices. Store-bough tomato sauce or ketchup might also contain conservants, stabilizers or colorings.
